Terms of Service

Using Howdy Hour
Howdy Hour lets hosts publish sessions and lets guests reserve and pay for them. By creating an account, booking a session, or using a host portal, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate details and use the service lawfully.
Bookings and payments
A booking is a contract between you and the host. Hosts set the price, capacity, cancellation and arrival rules shown on their portal. When online payments are enabled, card payments are processed by Stripe. Deposits and balances are shown at checkout and on your ticket.
Cancellations and changes
You can reschedule or cancel from your ticket when the host allows it. Refunds follow the host’s cancellation policy and are returned to the original payment method. If a host cancels a session, you will be offered a new time or a refund.
Accounts and security
Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with other guests or hosts.
