What we collect
We collect the details you provide when you create an account or book a session: your name, email, phone number, timezone, booking answers, and payment status. Hosts can see the details needed to run their event. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm bookings, issue tickets, send reminders, process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support. With your consent, we may send occasional event news. You can turn marketing messages off from your account settings.
Sharing and processors
We share data with the host you booked with and with service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, email, SMS and payment processing. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
